18th Expanded Executive Committee Conference of Krong Ana (13/07/2024, 16:07)

On July 10, 2024, Krong Ana District Party Committee organized the 18th Expanded Executive Committee Conference to evaluate the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of the year, deploy key tasks for the latter 6 months of 2024, and address other important issues. The conference was chaired by Mrs. H’ Yao Knul - Secretary of the District Party Committee; Mr. Y Nem Buon Krong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vu - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.

In the first 6 months of the year, the district's economy continued to develop steadily; production values across sectors maintained significant growth. The area planted with Winter-Spring crops for 2023-2024 throughout the district reached 6,887 hectares, achieving 100.57% of the plan. Budget balance revenue collection in the first 6 months of the year reached 52.404 billion VND, achieving 55.07% of the plan, equivalent to 91.09% compared to the same period in 2023. The National Target Program for New Rural Development (NTM) continued to be closely directed. Currently, the entire district has 129 out of 133 criteria meeting NTM standards, achieving a rate of 96.99%, with an average of 18.43 criteria per commune meeting the standard; the number of criteria for advanced new rural areas in the entire district has achieved 45 out of 95 criteria, reaching a rate of 47.37%. The One Commune One Product (OCOP) program has been actively implemented.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee chaired the conference.

In the fields of education, healthcare, culture, and sports, there has been focused direction and positive results achieved. Social security policies have been timely implemented, contributing to the stability and improvement of people's lives. The political security and social order situation in the district is generally stable; the people's national defense posture and security are maintained. The work of admitting new Party members has been given attention; in the first 6 months, the district has considered admitting 59 outstanding citizens to the Party, achieving 50.8% of the provincial target. There have been positive changes in the activities of the government, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations.

During the conference, delegates clarified existing issues, especially their causes, limitations, difficulties, and obstacles in leadership and organizational implementation at the local level over the past 6 months. They proposed appropriate solutions to implement the political tasks of the District Party Committee in the coming period to achieve high results and resolutely fulfill the resolutions of the 2024 Party Congress of Krông Ana District, term 2020-2025.

During the conference, the District Party Committee Executive Committee provided opinions on several specialized report topics: the draft report summarizing the 5-year implementation of Directive No. 30-CT/TW dated January 22, 2019, issued by the Party Central Committee Secretariat, and Plan No. 89-KH/HU dated June 26, 2019, by the District Party Committee Standing Committee, regarding "strengthening the Party's leadership and the state's responsibility in consumer rights protection." Additionally, they discussed the draft report summarizing the 5-year implementation of Directive No. 33-CT/TW dated March 18, 2019, issued by the Party Central Committee Secretariat, and Plan No. 88-KH/HU dated June 17, 2019, by the District Party Committee Standing Committee, on "enhancing the construction of Party organizations in private economic units"; and the implementation of some contents related to inspection and supervision tasks.

Ms. H’ Yâo Knul - Secretary of the District Party Committee delivered the closing speech at the conference.

In her concluding remarks at the conference, Ms. H’Yâo Knul, Secretary of the District Party Committee, proposed that members of the District Party Executive Committee, as well as the heads of Party organizations, government bodies, and agencies, actively take responsibility in leadership, guidance, and management. He emphasized the importance of deepening connections with grassroots levels, mastering assigned fields and areas, and ensuring effective organization to successfully fulfill all political tasks and objectives set forth by the District Party Executive Committee. He stressed the need to progressively lay the groundwork for the victorious implementation of the resolutions of the 10th Party Congress of Krong Ana District, term 2020 - 2025.
