To celebrate the 49th anniversary of the victory of Buon Ma Thuot (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2024), on March 9th and 10th, the city of Buon Ma Thuot and localities in Dak Lak province organized many cultural, sports, and tourism activities for the people and tourists.
Thousands of free coffee cups to show gratitude to the community
At the 10-3 Square in Buon Ma Thuot city, to show gratitude to the people and tourists visiting the city on this occasion, 242 establishments registered to serve free coffee to the people and tourists. Among them, establishments under the jurisdiction of the People's Committees of wards and communes served free coffee for 1 day (March 10, 2024), and some enterprises provided free coffee for 2 days (March 9 and March 10, 2024).
Mr. Le Duc Huy, General Director of Simexco DakLak Joint Stock Company, said: "On this occasion, the company has registered to serve free coffee for 2 days, March 9th and 10th, at the 10-3 Square with about 3 thousand cups of specialty coffee for tourists."

EDE Trading and Service Co., Ltd. responded by serving 8,200 cups of chocolate and nearly 500 cups of MISS EDE milk coffee for the people and tourists.
Sharing the pride in participating in the free coffee program at the Coffee Book Street in Buon Ma Thuot, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Trinh, Deputy Director of G20 Coffee Co., happily said, "We have registered to contribute 1,000 cups of free coffee to invite the people and tourists. This is a meaningful occasion for us to express gratitude to customers, honor the coffee industry. We are very proud to contribute with the city to build a world-class coffee destination, to make tourists love Buon Ma Thuot more, and to contribute to promoting the unique coffee culture of this city."

More than 1,000 tourists attended the March Festival of the Central Highlands
At the Buon Don Suspension Bridge Tourist Center on March 9th and 10th, the March Festival of the Central Highlands with the theme "Friendly with Elephants" attracted more than 1,000 tourists to experience.
Especially, the highlight of the program was a series of activities friendly with elephants. Tourists experienced learning about the health offering ceremony for elephants, participated in water shows with elephants, took photos with elephants, and witnessed buffet parties for elephants.

Ms. Luu Thi Thu Hien, Vice Chairman of the Women Intellectuals Association of Dak Lak province, said that on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the Victory of Buon Ma Thuot, the Association organized the program "Appointment with March" to create opportunities for members to exchange and respond to the movement "Building Vietnamese women in the new era" by participating in the competitions initiated by the Central Vietnam Women's Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Women's Union.
