On June 6th, the People's Committee of Ea H’Leo District organized the Armed Forces Victory Determination Conference for the period 2019 - 2024.

Attending the Conference were Mr. Bun Tho Lao, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the District Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Chairman of the District People's Committee; Colonel Tran Minh Trong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command of Dak Lak; leaders of district agencies, units, communes, townships, and the 66th Battalion.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Chairman of the District People's Committee, opened the Conference.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Chairman of Ea H’Leo District People's Committee, affirmed that the "Victory Determination" movement in the armed forces of the district over the past 5 years has been regularly maintained, closely associated with the political tasks of each agency, unit, and major campaigns of the Military, especially the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talents, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period. The results of the "Victory Determination" movement have contributed to the successful fulfillment of military and defense tasks, building the whole people's defense posture firmly in the district.

Over the past 5 years, the armed forces of Ea H’Leo District have launched many enthusiastic movements. The contents aimed to improve the quality of political tasks, build a strong and exemplary Party organization, comprehensive units "exemplary, typical." Particularly, the "Victory Determination" movement has directly contributed to building strong political, ideological, and organizational units; building a team of officials and soldiers with firm political mettle, high determination, ready to receive and fulfill tasks.

The "Victory Determination" movement is also an important driving force to promote the district's armed forces in excellently completing training tasks, ready for combat; advising the Party committees, local authorities to successfully organize COVID-19 prevention and control exercises; defense area exercises in the district.

From 2019 to now, the armed forces of the district have mobilized over 3,460 officers and soldiers of the self-defense militia to jointly construct roads, dredge over 7km of internal canal channels, repair and upgrade communal cultural houses in many communes, townships in the district... admitting 141 new party members in the self-defense militia force, reserve force.

Recruitment and conscription work have been carried out strictly, in accordance with procedures, openly, transparently, achieving 100% of the assigned targets. From the "Victory Determination" movement, many advanced collectives and individuals have emerged, truly shining examples for everyone to learn from and follow.

The Conference adopted the direction, objectives, and tasks of the "Victory Determination" movement for the period 2024 – 2029, which is to closely combine the movement with promoting learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talents, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period and local movements, campaigns. Building strong political, ideological, ethical, organizational, and personnel units; striving to excellently fulfill political tasks.

Enhancing propaganda, rallying the "Victory Determination" movement, exemplary individuals, and good deeds to replicate outstanding examples. Combining closely between competition and commendation and doing well in the review, summary, and drawing experience after each competition, each competitive movement.

Ea H’Leo District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals

On this occasion, the Chairman of Ea H’Leo District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Victory Determination" movement of the district's armed forces for the period 2019 - 2024.
