At the program, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the Council of Trustees of the Provincial Children's Welfare Fund, H'Yim Kdoh, awarded Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 5 organizations that have achieved success in supporting children with special and difficult circumstances in Dak Lak Province, including: Nam Tay Nguyen Petroleum Company; VNPT Dak Lak Business Center; Mobifone Service Company in Region 7; Operation Smile Vietnam Organization; The VinaCapital Foundation (VCF).

During the past time, Nam Tay Nguyen Petroleum Company has sponsored and supported the construction of 12 charitable houses for orphaned and impoverished children, as well as provided 160 scholarships for poor children who excel in their studies, with a total value of 910 million VND. The VNPT Dak Lak Business Center and Mobifone Service Company in Region 7 have provided nearly 2.1 million free text messages to help people bring their children for medical examinations. In 2023, Operation Smile Vietnam Organization supported 184 children with screening examinations and cleft lip surgeries for 84 children, totaling 909 million VND. The VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) supported 1,552 children with screening examinations, heart disease counseling, and heart surgeries for 100 children, as well as motor disability surgeries for 01 child, with a total amount of nearly 2.1 billion VND.
