Buon Don District Leaders Engage in Dialogue with Staff, Union Members, and Workers (28/05/2024, 10:58)

The People's Committee of Buon Don District recently coordinated with the Buon Don District Labor Federation to organize a dialogue conference between district leaders and union officials, members, and workers for the year 2024.

During the dialogue, with a spirit of democracy, openness, and frankness, the staff, union members, and workers of Buon Don District expressed their concerns and aspirations to the heads of the district's party committee, local government, and relevant departments. Topics raised included exams and promotion procedures for professional titles for public employees, initial allowances for teachers working in particularly difficult areas, policies for teachers of disabled students, recruitment of public employees, and commendation and reward activities within the Union and the Education sector.

The comments and suggestions from the staff, union members, and workers at the Conference were received and directly addressed by the district leaders and heads of various district departments.

Gift distribution for members facing difficulties

On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation presented 31 gifts worth 1 million VND each; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Buon Don District presented 22 gifts worth 1 million VND each; and the Buon Don District Labor Federation presented 14 gifts worth 500 thousand VND each to union members facing difficulties and prolonged illness. The conference also featured a signing ceremony between the Buon Don District Labor Federation and MEDIC Dat Viet General Clinic Co., Ltd. to enhance benefits for union members and workers in Buon Don District.
