Recently, the Traffic Police Department of Buon Don District Police has organized sessions to apply reflective decals on tractors and farm machinery.

To date, the Traffic Police Department of Buon Don District Police has applied reflective decals to 1,180 tractors and farm machinery owned by residents across all 7 communes in the district.

Traffic Police Department officers of Buon Don District Police apply reflective decals to tractors for residents of Cuor Knia commune.

Along with applying reflective decals, the Traffic Police Department of Buon Don District Police has educated and informed residents about basic contents of the Road Traffic Law; provided guidance on safe traffic participation skills for tractor operators; organized for vehicle owners to sign commitments not to modify, assemble, or change the vehicle structure contrary to the manufacturer's design; to avoid overloading or oversizing cargo; to install lighting, signal lights, and horns on tractors and farm machinery; not to let unqualified individuals operate tractors and farm machinery; not to use alcohol, drugs, and other stimulants while driving; and not to speed or drive recklessly.

Tractors are primarily used to transport agricultural products, fertilizers, and production tools, especially during the harvest season in Buon Don district and the province in general. However, these vehicles pose a significant traffic safety risk. The most common issue is that other vehicles often collide with tractors moving on the road at night. Therefore, applying reflective decals to tractors provides practical benefits, helping road users recognize and handle situations better, thereby reducing unfortunate collisions.
