Central Highlands - Dak Lak Wins 14 Medals of All Kinds (05/04/2024, 10:31)

On March 30th, at the Dak Lak Provincial Sports Complex, the Central Highlands - Central Vietnam Karate Championship X in 2024 concluded after three lively days. The organizers held the closing ceremony, awarding prizes to athletes and teams who achieved high results in the championship.

In the overall results, the Thua Thien - Hue delegation ranked first with 11 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 14 bronze medals; the Khanh Hoa delegation ranked second with 10 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 12 bronze medals; the Ha Tinh delegation ranked third with 9 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals. The Dak Lak delegation ranked fifth with 6 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals.

The Dak Lak delegation won the gold medal in the female team kumite (age 15 - 17) event.

The Central Highlands - Central Vietnam Karate Championship X took place over 3 days (from March 28th to 30th), attracting the participation of 350 athletes from 17 delegations from provinces and cities in the Central Highlands - Central Vietnam region, competing in 74 age-group events.
