From Dak Lak province, attendees included: Nguyen Dinh Trung, Central Party member and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Cao Thi Hoa An, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Y Giang Gry Nie Knong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province; members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, and representatives of leaders from advisory and supporting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Office.

At the conference, Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Central Organization Commission Hoang Dang Quang announced that on October 5, 2025, the Politburo decided to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung, Central Party member and Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, to the position of Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the Party Central Organization Commission announced Decision 2448-QDNS/TW of the Politburo appointing comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Central Party member and Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the term 2020-2025, as the Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 – 2030, effective from October 15, 2025.   

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Party, and Head of the Party Central Organization Commission, expressed confidence that with his experience, capacity, and expertise, Luong Nguyen Minh Triet would work with the collective of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee to unite and successfully complete the assigned tasks, continuing to build Dak Lak province to develop even more strongly in the future.

According to comrade Le Minh Hung, in light of the high demands in this new development phase, Dak Lak province needs to focus and decisively implement solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges, while seizing opportunities and advantages to grow in this new phase. The Politburo urged members of the Executive Board, Standing Board, and leaders at all levels and sectors within the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee to promote the tradition of unity and support Luong Nguyen Minh Triet in successfully fulfilling the tasks entrusted by the Politburo. The ultimate goal is to ensure that Dak Lak province develops even more strongly in the near future. 

In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, expressed his honor at being entrusted with this important responsibility by the Central Government; he affirmed that he would seriously absorb the directives and deeply understand the honor and significant responsibility of working with the collective of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, and meeting the requirements to become a new growth pole of the Central Highlands and South Central Coast region.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Central Party member and Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, spoke in acceptance of his new role.   

Representatives from the Standing Board of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the collective of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung and comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet.
