Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Thuong Hai discussing at the conference.
Party building and political system construction continued to be emphasized, meeting new requirements. As of June 20, 2024, the province had admitted 1,096 new Party members, bringing the total number of Party members in the provincial Party Committee to 88,205.
Despite the achievements, the task implementation process faced several difficulties and limitations such as challenges in business production and operations, an increase in the number of dissolved and temporarily suspended businesses compared to the same period in 2023. Land use revenue was low, affecting the total state budget revenue and the implementation of investment projects using provincial budget funds. Prolonged and escalated complaints still occurred, posing potential risks of security "hot spots." Illegal logging, forest exploitation, and transportation of forest products increased in number of cases. Monitoring and understanding the Party building work in some units were not regular. The development rate of Party members in some village and neighborhood branches was still low.
