On January 7th, the leader of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee (PPC) had a meeting and awarded the Certificate of Merit to Miss Universe Vietnam H’Hen Niê on the occasion of visiting her house and doing volunteer activities. The meeting had the presence of Mrs. H’Yim Kdoh, Vice Chairwoman of Dak Lak PPC and representatives of relevant departments and sectors.

At the meeting, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Mrs. H'Yim Kdoh, Vice Chairwoman of the PPC congratulated Miss Universe Vietnam H'Hen Niê on winning a place in the top 5 of Miss Universe 2018 which took place in Thailand. With her excellent performance during the contest and achievements, Mr. H'Yim Kdoh said that H'Hen Nie deserves to become an example for the young generation. She is the pride not only of Ede community but also of Dak Lak province and Vietnam.

Dak Lak Provincial leader hoped that Miss H'Hen Nie would well perform her role as a Communication Ambassador at the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival which will take place in Buon Ma Thuot and other districts from March 9th -16th, 2019. Moreover, she will continue to accompany with Dak Lak in several voluntary activities and promote its culture and tourism in the future.

On this occasion, Mrs. H'Yim Kdoh awarded the Certificate of Merit and VND50 million VND to Miss H'Hen Nie because of her outstanding achievements at Miss Universe Competition 2018.

At the meeting, Miss H’Hen Nie feels to be moved by emotion and attention of Dak Lak provincial leader. Miss H'Hen Nie said that she is proud of becoming Communication Ambassador for the upcoming Coffee Festival and will try her best to do her role well, contributing to widely promoting the image of Dak Lak province across the country and foreign countries. She will continue to accompany with voluntary activities as well as other programs in the province to deserve the pride of local people.

Miss H'Hen Nie will join many activities in 03 days in Dak Lak such as: exchanging cultural and sports activities with ethnic villages, talking inspirationally to people in the scholarship awarding ceremony “Vu A Dinh” at Tay Nguyen University, meeting and offering scholarships at some schools in Su M'dung Village, Cu Sue commune, Cu M'gar district.
