On March 5^th, the delegation of Dak Lak Province had a meeting with Xuan Thien Group on the Group's investment plans and strategies in Dak Lak Province.

The provincial leaders participating in the meeting included Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Lak Province; Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Lak Province and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province; Mr. Y Vinh Tor, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dak Lak Province, and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak Province; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dak Lak Province and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province; and leaders of related departments and agencies.

At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group said that the Group has more than 80 domestic and foreign member companies with a total charter capital of more than 100,000 billion VND. They have invested in energy production, high-tech agriculture, building materials, finance and banking and other service industries. Currently, the Group's member companies which own many energy and building materials factories have stable and sustainable incomes with annual revenue of 20,000 billion VND.

In Dak Lak Province, the Group has completed investment in Xuan Thien Ea Sup solar power plant cluster with a capacity of 830MWp and a total investment of more than 16,500 billion VND. The average revenue has initially reached 200 billion VND/month, thereby contributing to the local budget (VAT tax) with an amount of 20 billion VND/month and helping hundreds of local workers have high and stable income. After the project is paid back, by 2027, it is expected to contribute to the local budget (including CIT and VAT) 2.5 billion VND/day.

Projects that the Group is implementing include Ea Sup agro-forestry project with a total investment of 1,064.9 billion VND; Xuan Thien Cu Mgar Hi-tech agricultural zone project with an estimated total investment of 2,799 billion VND. In particular, the Group is proposing to invest in the project chain "High-tech production, husbandry, food processing and logistics complex" with a total investment of more than 20,000 billion VND in order to maximize the Province's potential and strength of agricultural development.

According to the plan, in the 2022-2025 period, Xuan Thien Group will have identified Dak Lak Province as a key and strategic area to expand investment in high-tech agriculture connected in a sustainable chain.

The delegation visits the project of a high-tech pig breeding factory in Ngoc Lac District, Thanh Hoa Province.

At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group introduced the project chain "High-tech production, husbandry, food processing and logistics complex" consisting of 7 sub-projects: Project of fruit juice manufacturing factory and raw materials and medicinal plants area; Project of agricultural products drying and preserving factory; Project of animal feed factory; Project of pork processing factory and cold storage for preservation; Project of instant pork-based food processing factory; Project of European standard high-tech pig raising (technology 4.0); Project of building of Xuan Thien Dak Lak logistics center. Currently, the Group has coordinated with departments and agencies of Dak Lak Province and consulting units to conduct field surveys and study climate, soil and land fund.

With strong financial potential and experience in investing in large projects, Xuan Thien Group undertook to simultaneously implement the above project chain with a total amount of more than 20,000 billion VND and a deposit to ensure the implementation of the projects with hundreds of billions of VND. The Group's projects in Dak Lak Province will create jobs for about 10,000 local workers, especially giving priority to ethnic minority workers.

At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group proposed that Dak Lak Province will soon approve the land use planning and the land use plan for the 2021-2030 period of Cu M'gar District and Ea Sup District, which will update the projects proposed by the Group to have a basis for implementation. Xuan Thien Group also proposed Dak Lak Province will approve the scheme of consolidation and development of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company; in which, the land with an area of ​​about 865 hectares for the above project chain in Cu M'gar District proposed by Xuan Thien Group Export should be removed from the land use plan of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company.

Concluding at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Lak Province, requested that the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments, agencies and related localities actively coordinate to remove difficulties and problems related to the implementation of Xuan Thien Group’s projects, coordinate with investors in choosing the plan of handing over the ground to soon implement the projects with the selected land fund, agree on removing the land for the project chain proposed by Xuan Thien Group from the scheme of consolidation and development of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, and arrange a land fund in Buon Ma Thuot City for Xuan Thien Group to implement the projects. He also requested that Xuan Thien Group soon start construction of the project of high-tech animal husbandry and food processing complex in Cu M'gar District.
