Upon receiving a request for home ID issuance, officers from the Administrative Management Police Department on Social Order of Dak Lak Provincial Police went to the home of Ms. Do Thi Men, a resident of Hamlet 8, Hoa Thuan Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City, to assist with the procedures. Ms. Do Thi Men, 106 years old, is in poor health and unable to travel. At Ms. Men’s home, the officers kindly guided her through the necessary paperwork, helped her adjust her posture for taking photos, and assisted with fingerprinting.

The home ID issuance service has proven to be highly effective, simplifying administrative procedures and saving time, costs, and effort for citizens. This initiative reflects a humanitarian approach, a sense of responsibility, and demonstrates the close, caring relationship between the police force and the people.

From July 1 to October 31, 2024, the Administrative Management Police Department on Social Order of Dak Lak Provincial Police will be accepting applications for ID cards, electronic identity accounts, and ID card certificates every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

In particular, in accordance with the Dak Lak Provincial Police's plan to launch an intensive campaign to collect applications, from July 1 to July 31, 2024, the Administrative Management Police Department on Social Order will be accepting applications for ID cards, ID card certificates, and electronic identity accounts every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, 09 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.
