On June 8, Mr. Park Huyn Woo – Chairman of the Solarpark Company received and worked with the delegation of Dak Lak province, including Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Y Bier Nie,Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Pham Ngoc Nghi, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee cum Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Hai Ninh on the construction and operation of  Solar Power Plant at  Ea Sup Thuong Lake, Dak Lak province.

At the meeting, both sides had an in-depth discussion of the construction and operation of Solar Power Plant at Ea Sup Thuong Lake, Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province. Accordingly, total investment capital of this Project was estimated from US$ 600 million to US$ one billion in 40 years’ duration (2016 – 2056) with a production capacity of 300-500 MWH.

The delegation of Dak Lak province also visited the biggest Solar Power Plant of Korea belonging to Solarpark Company; simultaneously, learnt the operation, technology and advanced equipments of this plant.

When the Solar Power Plant in Ea Sup district comes into effect, the people living in Dak Lak in particular, Viet Nam in general will benefit of clean electricity, as well as strive towards the goal of renewable energy.
