Dak Lak's programme of investment encouragement in residential housing development projects (Ea Tam Ward - Buon Ma Thuot City)
Pursuant to provision 1, article 14 Decree 71/2010/NĐ-CP 23/6/2010 issued by the Government guiding the implementation of the Law onResidential Housing; Dispatch numbered 1933/UBND-CN dated 17/4/2012 by the Provincial People's Committee of Dak Lak on the promugation of the residential housing projects on the Dak Lak Portal.
In order to ensure the lawful implementation of the projects on residential housing development in the province and to create favourable condition for investors from all economic sectors, the detail of the projects on residential housing development approved by the Provincial People's Committee is now available on Dak Lak Portal as follows:

- Legal basis for planning: Decision 23/QĐ-UBND dated 06/1/2011 by the Provincial People's Committee of Dak Lak on the detailed planning of the construction on a scale of 1/2000 in the centre of Ea Tam District, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province
- Total land area: 45.01 ha.
- Anticipated total amount of investment: 2,506 billion dongs.
- Location: 5km away from Buon Ma Thuot City Centre.
