On October 7, 2021, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2763/QĐ-UBND on approving the list of and funding to support tour guides facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 epidemic (12th time) according to Government Resolution No.68/NQ-CP and Decision No. 23/2021/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister with the details are as follows:

The number of people to be supported is 01 person, with an amount of 3,710,000 VND/person. The employee will receive one-time payment.
Total support amount is 3,710,000 VND (In words: Three million, seven hundred and ten thousand Viet Nam dongs).

The Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall be responsible for the results of evaluating beneficiaries and documents of application for support in accordance with the current regulations of the State; actively use its assigned estimates in 2021 to timely support employees; make payment and finalization of the support amount according to the current regulations of the State; and report the results of implementation (actual expenditures certified by the State Treasury) to the Department  of Finance for summarizing and advising the Provincial People’s Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance for support.

The Department of Finance shall be responsible for ensuring the funding for implementation according to Government Resolution No.68/NQ-CP and Decision No. 23/2021/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister, and guiding the finalization of the support amount as stipulated.

Chief of the Provincial People’s Committee Office; the Directors of Departments of: Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs, and Finance; the Director of the Provincial State Treasury; heads of relevant units and individuals are responsible for carrying out this decision from the signing date.
