The Labor Union of Buon Don district recently organized a conference to study the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the 11th Provincial Congress of the Dak Lak Labor Union for the 2023-2028 term for nearly 120 delegates who are union officials throughout the district.

At the conference, the delegates were briefed by Ms.  Nguyen Thi Ly - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Union on the core contents of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 11th Provincial Congress of the Dak Lak Labor Union for the 2023-2028 term; new issues in the documents of the Congress; objectives, breakthrough stages, annual targets, targets for the 2023-2028 term; tasks, key solutions, content of the action program to implement the Resolution and specialized programs, plans, resolutions to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 11th Provincial Congress of the Dak Lak Labor Union for the 2023-2028 term; some important directives of Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong - General Secretary of the Party Central Committee at the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; some amendments and supplements to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Charter.

Through studying and grasping the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 11th Provincial Congress of the Dak Lak Labor Union, it aims to help union levels, union officials, members, civil servants, employees, and workers grasp the basic and core content of the Resolution. From there, to promote creativity in work, unify will and action to implement the Resolution into practice, contribute to building a strong Labor Union organization, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
