According to a VCCI’s assessment, the improvement of the provincial business environment in Viet Nam has made positive changes, especially in business dialogue. There are many localities have acknowledged the importance of the business dialogue in promptly updating information for management, operation, improvement of business environment and their images.

However, the VCCI also showed that the Central Highlands enterprises faced difficulties during the operation such as: the proportion of loss-making enterprises is still high ranking the second in 6 regions of the country; there is only 45% of enterprises having capacity to expend their manufacture in two next years; the business environment is not favorable. Through the workshop, the localities can acknowledge the reality and find a solution for managing the business dialogue, creating a favorable environment to attract investment in next time.
