Handover ceremony of clean water facilities for educational institutions (16/11/2022, 20:08)

On November 11, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City) for a ceremony to hand over clean water facilities to educational institutions in the province.

During a period of 2 months, from September to October 2022, Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company supported the construction of 9 wells for 9 educational institutions in Dak Lak province with a total amount of more than VND 2 billion. Schools supported include Kim Dong Primary School (Ea Sup), Cao Thang Primary School (Krong Pac), Boarding Area Nguyen Tat Thanh High School (M'Drak); Bong Sen Kindergarten, Nguyen Van Cu High School (Krong Buk); Ly Tu Trong Primary School (Ea Kar); Nguyen Chi Thanh Primary School (Krong Nang); Nguyen Van Troi Primary School (Lak); Ea Hu Secondary School (Cu Kuin).  

Representatives of educational institutions receiving funding for drilling wells

This support has practical significance, not only solving the shortage of clean water in the dry season for students and teachers at educational institutions in remote and isolated areas, but also keeping the school clean, ensuring the study environment and health for students and teachers in remote and isolated areas. Currently, the wells have been put into operation and provide clean water for thousands of officials, teachers and students of schools.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa - Director of the Department of Education and Training highly appreciated the clean water project to support students and teachers in the province. It is recommended that the schools use the facilities effectively and sustainably to serve the living and learning activities of students and teachers, and to maximize the effectiveness of the projects.
