Handover of 14 Charity Houses to Underprivileged Families in Krong Ana District (28/05/2024, 10:00)

The district police of Krong Ana recently collaborated with local authorities to organize a ceremony to hand over 14 charity houses to impoverished families, those facing difficulties in housing, policy beneficiary families, and ethnic minority people in the district. These houses are part of the project to support the construction of 1,200 houses for poor households, households in difficult circumstances regarding housing, policy beneficiary families, and ethnic minority people in the province by the Ministry of Public Security.

Handing over decision on houses to poor households

Through surveys, Krong Ana district has identified 65 eligible households to implement the support for housing construction under the project. Each house has a value of 80 million Vietnamese dong, with the Ministry of Public Security providing 50 million dong, Dak Lak province providing 20 million dong, and the remaining funding being supported by the People's Committee of Krong Ana district. A

fter a period of implementation, 65 houses have been constructed, including 14 completed ones, meeting the "3 solid" house standards (solid foundation, solid frame-walls, solid roof). This is a hugely significant initiative, contributing alongside local authorities to effectively implement social security work, alleviate poverty, and gradually improve the quality of life for a portion of the population still facing difficulties in the district.

Through this, it continues to strengthen the trust of the people in the Party, the State, the party committees, local authorities at all levels, as well as the People's Police force.
