Speaking at the event, Mr. John Fering – Director General of Cargill animal nutrition in Vietnam and Thailand shared: The opening of four new schools funded by Cargill Cares today edges closer to the goal of building 100 schools for Vietnam. We have a strong belief that education and training helps improve the living quality of young generations and no gifts are as valuable as giving them the best learning and studying conditions. Today, Cargill is proud to be able to bring this gift to about 15,000 Vietnamese children every year. We have been investing in building school facilities for Vietnam for the past 24 years, and we will continue this program for many years to meet the needs of schools in the remaining disadvantage areas. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the nation-building process in Vietnam and we are committed to continuing our efforts to help communities in Vietnam prosper.
