On the afternoon of July 4th, the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of Dak Lak province organized the launch ceremony for the Quiz Competition on Understanding Digital Transformation in 2024.
The competition was held province-wide in Dak Lak, targeting participants such as officials, civil servants, party members, union members, and all people living, studying, and working in Dak Lak province.

The content of the competition includes understanding the policies of the Party, state laws, documents from central and provincial ministries and sectors regarding digital transformation, building e-government, aiming for digital government, digital economy, and digital society; understanding the Digital Transformation Index (DTI).
The competition was conducted in the form of an online quiz. Participants used their personal devices connected to the internet to register accounts and directly answer questions at: https://dti.daklak.gov.vn; the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province at: https://stttt.daklak.gov.vn, and the competition banner on the electronic information pages of departments, committees, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities.
Each participant created one personal account on the system and used it to participate in the competition. The steps to create the account are as follows: Step 1: Visit the address https://dti.daklak.gov.vn or the banner "Quiz Competition on Understanding Digital Transformation of Dak Lak province in 2024" on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province at: https://stttt.daklak.gov.vn. Step 2: Select "Create new account". Step 3: Enter the username (mandatory), without spaces or diacritics. Step 4: Enter the password (mandatory). Step 5: Confirm the password by entering it again. Step 6: Enter personal information.

After completing the registration, the system automatically directed participants to the quiz homepage; after completing the quiz, participants' results were saved in the system. The time limit for answering questions was 10 minutes (if participants did not finish and submit within 10 minutes, their results would not be recognized).
The competition runs continuously for 4 weeks, starting from August 5th, 2024, and ending on August 30th, 2024. The weekly competition schedule starts at 8:00 AM on Monday and ends at 5:00 PM on Friday. Specifically, Week 1: from August 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024; Week 2: from August 12th, 2024, to August 16th, 2024; Week 3: from August 19th, 2024, to August 23rd, 2024; and Week 4: from August 26th, 2024, to August 30th, 2024.
The Quiz Competition on Understanding Digital Transformation in 2024 is a meaningful and practical activity aimed at raising awareness, responsibility, and actions of all levels, sectors, enterprises, officials, party members, and the people in Dak Lak province, fostering high consensus in society, actively responding and participating in successfully implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated April 2nd, 2021, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on digital transformation in Dak Lak province until 2025, with a vision to 2030. Through the competition, it aims to encourage agencies, units, organizations, and individuals to understand digital transformation, research, propose initiatives, solutions for digital transformation, thereby enhancing the quality of service for citizens, organizations, and enterprises.
