This year's competition aims to provide understanding of the basic contents of the Land Law 2024, which was recently passed by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam during its 5th extraordinary session and will come into effect on August 1st, 2024. This is an important law impacting all aspects of socio-economic life, national defense, security, and environmental protection of the country; it plays a central role in the legal system regarding land and is closely related to many other legal regulations.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 5 participants of the competition.
The Organizing Committee hopes that the competition will contribute to the synchronized, unified, effective, and efficient implementation, ensuring the right to access legal information for the people and enhancing the responsibility of agencies, organizations, and individuals in implementing the Law in the province; improving awareness and understanding of policies, laws, strict compliance with the provisions of the Law, and fostering awareness of resource-efficient and effective use of land.
Through the competition, participants not only have the opportunity to enhance their legal knowledge of land but also contribute to "joining hands" with the Organizing Committee in widely disseminating legal information in this field to the people in the province.
