The Buon Ma Thuot City Business Association (BEA) has issued a notice regarding the pilot implementation of the "BEAgo Bike Experience Service" in early July 2024 in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.

During the initial phase of implementation, BEAgo plans to provide 100 bicycles with 30 bike stations located conveniently for users, specifically near schools, tourist attractions, and shopping centers, to serve the needs of students, tourists, and local residents.

The "BEAgo Bike Experience" service is operated through the "BEAgo" app - simple and convenient.

Users can easily rent bikes through the "BEAgo" mobile app on both the App Store (for iOS) and Play Store (for Android). With just a few simple steps, including downloading the app, registering, entering user information, integrating payment with the available e-wallet on the mobile phone, users can quickly and fully experience the BEAgo Bike service.

The expected rental fee for the Bike Experience Service is 15,000 VND per trip per hour. Renters can use vouchers and rewards from their usage frequency of BEAgo bikes.

The Buon Ma Thuot City Business Association stated that the construction of bike stations and the BEAgo bike usage app is in the final stages, and during the trial period, feedback will be continuously collected from users to improve and enhance the service. We look forward to receiving support and feedback from the people to further develop the project and better meet the needs of the community, contributing to the overall goal of building and developing Buon Ma Thuot City as the World's Coffee Capital.
