On the afternoon of July 31, at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the province, the provincial People's Committee organized a ceremony to announce and present the decision on the reassignment and appointment of the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Mr. Vo Van Canh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, presided over the ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, the provincial Inspectorate, the Office of the provincial People's Committee, and representatives of relevant departments and agencies.

During the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs approved Decision No. 1399/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2023, on the reassignment and appointment of officials in leadership and management positions. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan, Head of the provincial Inspectorate, was appointed as the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for a term of 5 years, starting from August 1, 2023.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Canh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, congratulated Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan on being trusted and assigned a new important task. He emphasized that the responsibilities of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment are extensive and complex, playing a crucial role in the province's development. Therefore, as the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan is expected to continue to demonstrate intelligence, expertise, capability, and experience, strive continuously, seek knowledge, and enhance the spirit of responsibility in his work, fostering unity with the staff and officials of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to fulfill the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Nguyen Minh Huan expressed his honor to be entrusted with a new task and his commitment to continually learn and improve his political integrity, professional qualifications, and sense of responsibility.
