On the morning of November 7, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, in collaboration with the Trade Union of the provincial Education sector, organized the opening ceremony of the 41st Traditional Sports Festival of the Education and Training sector of Dak Lak province - 2024.

The festival saw the participation of nearly 1,500 athletes from 77 units.
The 41st Traditional Sports Festival of the Education and Training sector of Dak Lak province - 2024 is held over 3 days (from November 7-9) with the participation of nearly 1,500 athletes from 77 educational units across the province. The athletes will compete in 8 sports disciplines including volleyball (men, women), men's football, badminton, table tennis, tennis, shuttlecock, chess, and swimming.
The athletes will compete in accordance with the schedule at 6 competition venues including: Hoang Viet Primary School, Secondary School, High School; Nguyen Du Specialized High School; Buon Ma Thuot High School; Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School; Center for Integrated Education Development for children with disabilities and the Department of Education and Training.

In her opening speech, Deputy Head of the delegation of the Provincial National Assembly Delegates, Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan stated that the 41st Traditional Sports Festival of the Education and Training sector of Dak Lak province - 2024 is a meaningful and practical event organized to commemorate 42 years of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024), commemorate 120 years of the establishment of Dak Lak province; to respond to the movement "All people exercise to follow the example of Great Uncle Ho," with the goal of maintaining and promoting the physical exercise and sports movement, enhancing physical fitness for the teacher and education management team.

This is a healthy and beneficial playground aimed at improving physical fitness, nurturing health, limiting diseases, pushing back social evils infiltrating the educational environment, creating a new image, a new momentum, and being the driving force for the development of the physical education and sports movement in the provincial education and training sector.
