On the morning of November 6, the 15th session of the Specialized Meeting of the People's Council of the province, term X, 2021-2026 officially opened. Comrade Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and Comrade Tran Phu Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, co-chaired the session.

Attending the opening of the session were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi; National Assembly deputies of the province; Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Y Giang Gry Nie Knong province; Standing members of the People's Council, leaders of departments, committees, sectors, and localities in the province, and delegates of the Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021-2026.

Comrade Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered the opening speech.

In her opening speech, Comrade Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, stated that the 15th Specialized Meeting would consider 01 report and discuss, approve 22 draft resolutions, including: First, a group of resolutions on dismissal and election of members of the Provincial People's Committee of Dak Lak term X, 2021-2026. Second, a group of resolutions related to public investment, national target programs, and forest land use conversion. Third, a group of resolutions related to social security regime; the province's specific policies.

Delegates voted to elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for Comrade Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province.

The contents presented at this session have been prepared by the provincial People's Committee's specialized agencies under the guidance of the provincial People's Committee, following the working regulations; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has coordinated the People's Council's departments to conduct thorough surveys and inspections of the contents as prescribed.

Delegates voted to approve the results of dismissal and election of members of the Provincial People's Committee.

In the morning working session, the session elected to add a member to the Provincial People's Committee of Dak Lak for Comrade Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak, term 2021-2026, with 83.74% of delegates in favor. Also at this session, 100% of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council of Dak Lak voted to agree to dismiss the member of the Provincial People's Committee of Dak Lak for Mr. Pham Dang Khoa, former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak, who retired under the regime.

Comrade Bach Van Manh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs approved the draft Resolution on the election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee.
