Specifically, through programs such as "Thank You, Workers" and "Gratitude to Workers," and by visiting and giving gifts to union members and workers facing difficulties, long-term illnesses, work accidents, or occupational diseases, the unions in the province distributed 1,845 gifts totaling over 1.1 billion VND. They also funded the construction and repair of 19 "Union Shelter" houses with a budget of 900 million VND. Additionally, more than 200 union members and workers benefited from welfare enhancement programs resulting from partnership agreements, with a total value of nearly 61 million VND.
The unions also organized 44 dialogue conferences between union leaders, government officials, employers, and nearly 700 union officers, members, and workers. These events provided opportunities for union members and workers to express their thoughts, aspirations, suggestions, and address issues related to the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws concerning labor rights and benefits at the grassroots level.

Moreover, the labor unions collaborated with relevant sectors to conduct inspections, monitoring, and supervision of labor law implementation, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, the Law on Trade Unions, occupational safety and hygiene, and collective labor agreements. These efforts aimed to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, especially in non-state enterprises. They also signed and maintained cooperation agreements with businesses to create more benefits for union members and workers.
