Permission to implement the grassroots-level topic “Research and application on cultivation and production process of Agrocybe aegerita” (16/11/2021, 08:40)

The Department of Science and Technology just organized a Council to consider and directly assign the grassroots-level science and technology topic of “Research and application on cultivation and production process of Agrocybe aegerita compatible with the conditions in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province”.

Accordingly, the project is carried out by the Center for Information - Application of Science and Technology with MSc. Vu Thi Ha being in charge. It is known that Agrocybe aegerita is fragrant, delicious, and crispy. Agrocybe aegerita has high nutritional value, every 100g of fresh mushrooms contains 1.2g of protein, 0.2g fat, 2.5g carbohydrates, and many other minerals such as calcium (3mg) and phosphorus (33mg). The protein in Agrocybe aegerita contains all 8 types of indispensable amino acids (8 amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize on its own), especially the high lysine content, accounting for about 1.75%.

The topic was built to accomplish two main objectives: Research and apply the cultivation and production process of Agrocybe aegerita; Build a model of growing Agrocybe aegerita at the Science and Technology Lab in Dak Lak Province.

After hearing the explanatory report of the Project Management Board, the Council discussed and collected comments from the members. The Council requested the Board to edit and complete some contents in the report such as: better statement regarding the originality of the topic, the source of raw materials used, quality analysis of the mushroom products, etc. The Council unanimously approved the implementation of the topic.
