Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Official Letter 851/KH-SVHTTDL dated April 20th, 2021 on the plan for coordination in organizing "Ban Me Overnight - 2021" festival.

Accordingly, the festival will take place from April 30 to May 6, 2021 at the Cultural Center of Dak Lak province - No. 02 Hung Vuong Street, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak province. The venues will expanded on the opening day of the Festival: Ground floor and 16th floor of Saigon Ban Me Hotel, Youth Cultural House of the province, Nguyen Cong Tru Street (from Le Duan and Dinh Tien Hoang crossroads).
The festival includes some main activities such as: Opening ceremony of Ban Me Overnight 2021; Conference on trading connection between Suppliers and Exporters and Trade Promotion Organizations in the Central Region - Central Highlands; Tourism - Cuisine and Trade Fair with the scale of 150 stalls from 16 provinces and cities; Final of Vietnam Specialty Coffee Contest; Free special coffee drink; Festival of Clubs, Teams, Groups of Dak Lak province; Serving buffet and loaf of bread at Nguyen Cong Tru street; Painting and art exhibition.
Tinh Tu Exhibition and Communication Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the construction of the project "Ban Me Overnight 2021", mobilize sources of socialization to ensure that the festival will be held as the set plan; coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to advocate and invite units to participate in the Festival.
The activities of the Festival “Ban Me Overnight - 2021” were organized to replace the 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2021 which is shifted to 2022, thereby introducing cultural identity of Dak Lak's image, potentials and strengths and promoting the brands of agricultural products and OCOP products, especially the brand "Buon Ma Thuot coffee" to a large number of people in the country, in order to attract tourists.
