The Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress sets the target of putting into operation 3,000 km of expressways by 2025 and striving to put into operation 5,000 km by 2030. In recent times, the implementation of investment and development of transportation infrastructure has been given special attention by ministries, agencies, localities, with new thinking, new approaches, and ensuring the three objectives of "quality, progress, and efficiency". The completed projects have contributed to promoting economic and social development, creating new development spaces, new urban areas, services, and industries, increasing land value, reducing logistics costs, enhancing the competitiveness of the economy. At the same time, they have brought significant changes to the country, contributing to job creation and livelihoods for the people and businesses, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people, and strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State.
