Professional Training on Visual Communications and Exhibitions in 2024 (24/06/2024, 15:28)

On June 17th, the Dak Lak Provincial Cultural Center organized the opening ceremony for the professional training on visual communications and exhibitions for 2024.

The training class will take place over five days (from June 17th to June 21st, 2024) and is attended by 85 participants who are officers responsible for propaganda work from the Department of Culture and Information; Communication - Culture - Sports Centers of districts, towns, and cities; and units from the armed forces and commune cultural officers in the province.

During the training class, the participants will be instructed on several topics, including: Posters in visual communications and skills in designing and creating propaganda posters; the standards for the Party flag, and decorations for conference halls, meeting rooms, reception rooms, tradition rooms, and the premises of agencies and units.

Additionally, participants will be introduced to basic contents such as: the meaning and importance of visual propaganda in serving political, cultural, and social tasks; the content, form, and process of implementing visual propaganda, such as designing propaganda banners and backgrounds; some advantages and challenges in visual propaganda work in the new era; and solutions to improve the quality of visual propaganda work to serve political, cultural, and social tasks.

The training class aims to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of officers engaged in visual propaganda work, enabling them to master the knowledge, methods, and skills related to creating propaganda posters, designing makets, and implementing copyright and related rights in creating propaganda posters. This contributes to improving the effectiveness of organizing grassroots cultural activities; providing knowledge about the theory, content, and form of creating propaganda posters to disseminate the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and local political tasks on the occasion of major national holidays in 2024 and serving local political tasks. It also creates opportunities for artists and professional officers in propaganda work to exchange experiences, learn, and enhance skills in grassroots propaganda work.
