On the afternoon of December 2, continuing with the working agenda, the 27th (extended) Conference of the Provincial Party Committee convened to summarize and clarify the discussions, concluding the conference.

The conference was co-chaired by: Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Huynh Thi Chien Hoa – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and Pham Ngoc Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Before that, the delegates organized into four discussion groups and contributed 41 opinions on significant contents, primarily focusing on the draft report summarizing the implementation of tasks in 2024 and the draft resolution outlining the directions and tasks for 2025. Accordingly, the delegates generally agreed and highly appreciated the results achieved in 2024. Additionally, they suggested that the draft resolution for 2025 include more specifics, such as: the need to continue to propose solutions for a more decisive management of the fight against corruption, waste, negativity, and to implement the arrangement of a streamlined, effective organizational structure; incorporating the development of cultural industries into the objectives for 2025; and proposing effective solutions to continue increasing the forest coverage rate to meet the target set forth in the Resolution of the 17th Party Congress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huỳnh Thị Chiến Hòa delivered a speech at the conference. 

Furthermore, there is a continued emphasis on improving the investment and business environment, enhancing support for enterprises; decisively and effectively implementing tasks and solutions to increase budget revenue; consolidating national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety; raising the effectiveness of investment promotion; continuing to consolidate and enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization, and constructing a transparent, strong political system; and vigorously implementing the "Four Good Cells" movement within Party committees and cells…

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phạm Ngọc Nghị delivered a speech at the conference. 

Delegates also emphasized the need to tightly control the planning of agricultural land areas; to develop and adopt a specialized resolution on the development of the durian industry; to further specify the guidelines and measures and effectively allocate resources to build new rural areas; to continue to pay attention to resolving complicated and prolonged complaints, particularly in agricultural and forestry enterprises; to prioritize social security, job creation, and poverty alleviation efforts; to continue to push forward administrative reforms and digital transformation; and to strengthen promotion of the 9th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of the victory in Buon Ma Thuot and the liberation of Dak Lak Province (March 10, 1975 – March 10, 2025)…

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments, agencies, and sectors also discussed and clarified issues related to poverty reduction, the elimination of temporary and dilapidated housing; efforts to attract and call for investment; the development of industrial zones and clusters in the area; solutions to allocate residential and production land for ethnic minorities; and the development of party members …

Concluding the conference, Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that forecasts indicate that in 2025, both national and international circumstances will present blended opportunities and challenges. Notably, in 2025, the province will focus on simultaneously implementing four major tasks: restructuring the organization and political system; accelerating and breaking through to achieve the targets and tasks of the Provincial Party Congress of the 17th term, from 2020 to 2025; preparing conditions for the successful organization of the Party Congress at all levels leading to the 18th Provincial Party Congress; and addressing complicated, prolonged complaints from the public. Therefore, the entire political system must strive and commit to overcoming all difficulties and challenges to fulfill the proposed targets and tasks to the best of their ability.

Central Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Đinh Trung concluded the conference with remarks. 

Secretary Nguyễn Đình Trung urged that in the upcoming period, all levels, sectors, and localities need to focus intensely on executing the remaining targets and tasks for the year 2024; ensuring that the people can joyously celebrate the New Year and enjoy the Tet holiday of 2025 in a cheerful, healthy, safe, and economical manner, fostering a spirit of excitement and determination to successfully accomplish the political tasks of 2025; closely monitoring the practical situation of the locality to effectively implement the targets, resolutions, and tasks for 2025 and the resolution for the term 2025 - 2030; mobilizing, integrating, and utilizing effectively the investment resources for socio-economic development; promoting socialization in education and healthcare in the locality; focusing on reviewing data on poor households and near-poor households to ensure detailed, accurate, and realistic representations; and enhancing various patriotic emulation movements. 

In addition, it is imperative to build and implement effective solutions to attract investment, reform administrative procedures; strengthen the implementation of measures to ensure national defense, maintain border security, political safety, and public order; and continue to promote the construction of the Party and the political system to be truly pure, strong, and comprehensive...
