Cultural, sports, employment, social security, and poverty reduction activities continue to be implemented to ensure people's lives. Land management, mineral resources, and environmental resources are prioritized. Administrative reform has seen positive changes. National defense has been strengthened, maintaining sovereignty, territory, and border security.

In addition to the achievements, there are still some limitations and challenges in the implementation process in the first 6 months of 2024, such as: the total value of industrial and service sectors' products is lower than the province's growth scenario; business production and operation still face difficulties, with an increase in dissolved and suspended businesses compared to the same period in 2023; land use fee collection is low, affecting total state budget revenue and implementing investment projects funded by the provincial budget; digital infrastructure and platforms are not yet completed, failing to meet demands; security and order situations in some areas have been complex at times; legal violations, social order disruptions, and forestry law violations still occur in some areas...
