"Concerns about investing in rural transportation routes; resolutely implementing solutions to prevent and address cyber fraud..." are the fundamental issues raised by voters in Cu Kuin district at the pre-session meeting of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly with the delegation of the Provincial National Assembly of Dak Lak on the afternoon of October 3, 2024.

Attending the conference were the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation, Director of the Department of Education and Training, Le Thi Thanh Xuan; Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, H'Yim Kdoh; provincial National Assembly deputies; representatives of leaders of relevant departments and agencies, as well as a large number of voters from Cu Kuin district.

Voter Ha Thi Nhung (Ea Ning commune) delivered a speech.

The conference acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters regarding issues such as prioritizing resources for building new rural areas; investing in rural transportation routes; and implementing effective measures to prevent and address cyber fraud.

Voter Phan Van Tinh (Ea Bhok commune) delivered a speech.

Voters also suggested studying the reinforcement of personnel for the village-level self-defense forces in accordance with practical conditions; ensuring policies for members of the village-level military command; and allocating funds to support and provide allowances for the elderly in villages and hamlets.

The opinions and recommendations of voters were directly responded to by the delegation of the Provincial National Assembly, leaders of departments, agencies, and Cu Kuin district, meeting the basic requirements of the voters.

Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation, Director of the Department of Education and Training, Le Thi Thanh Xuan, delivered a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation, Director of the Department of Education and Training, Le Thi Thanh Xuan acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of voters, and directly explained and clarified some of the concerns raised by voters.

Regarding opinions within the jurisdiction of departments, agencies, and localities, Comrade Le Thi Thanh Xuan suggested that the relevant units seriously consider, review, and recheck in order to promptly address them for the voters. Opinions and recommendations beyond the jurisdiction will be fully summarized by the Provincial National Assembly delegation to reflect to the National Assembly and the central ministries and agencies in the upcoming session.

Secretary of the Cu Kuin District Party Committee, Phuc Binh Nie Kdam, reported to voters the program and expected content of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Earlier, representatives of the Provincial National Assembly delegation also reported to voters the program and expected content of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session is scheduled to open on October 21, 2024, and close on November 30, 2024. The session will be conducted in two phases (Phase 1 from October 21 to November 13, 2024; Phase 2 from November 20 to November 30, 2024). During this session, the National Assembly will consider and approve 16 laws, 2 resolutions; provide opinions on 12 draft laws; consider and decide on economic and social issues, state budget, supervision, and other important matters.
