The Inspection Commission of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Implements Directions and Tasks for the Last 6 Months of 2024 (17/07/2024, 11:01)

On July 8th, the Inspection Commission of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to review the inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party during the first 6 months of the year and to implement directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.

Mr. Le Van Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Ho Duy Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee co-chaired the conference.

The conference was attended by standing members of the Party committees, leaders of the Inspection Commissions of district, municipal, city, and directly affiliated Party committees; representatives of leadership from departments, sectors, and related agencies within the province.

During the first 6 months of 2024, the leadership and direction of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party were timely and effective. Party committees at all levels focused on consolidating and improving the team of officials responsible for inspection tasks. Inspection Commissions at various levels actively coordinated with Party organizations, agencies, and units to monitor local situations and sectors, promptly detecting and conducting inspections upon signs of violations involving Party organizations and members...

Accordingly, Party committees at all levels and branch committees inspected 320 Party organizations and 8,266 Party members (an increase of 12.28% in organizations and 15.33% in members compared to the same period in 2023); completed inspections of 318 Party organizations and 8,265 Party members, concluding that 318 organizations and 8,224 members had performed well in the areas inspected; identified 41 members who did not perform well in the areas inspected and had deficiencies or violations but did not reach the level requiring disciplinary procedures, and earnestly requested reviews to draw lessons.

Party committees, standing committees of Party committees at all levels, and branch committees supervised 155 Party organizations and 1,360 Party members (an increase of 26.02% in organizations and 69.36% in members compared to the same period in 2023); completed supervision of all Party organizations and 1,359 out of 1,360 Party members.

Mr. Ho Duy Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, reported on the results of the tasks implemented during the first 6 months of 2024.

Party committees, standing committees of Party committees at all levels, and branch committees inspected 81 Party members upon signs of violations, an increase of 8% compared to the same period in 2023; completed inspections of 80 out of 81 Party members, concluding that 80 members had violations, with disciplinary actions taken against 75 members, and 74 members disciplined.

Based on the results of inspections into signs of violations, resolution of appeals, review, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party, as proposed by Party organizations and lower-level Inspection Commissions, and rulings by courts at all levels, Party committees, standing committees of Party committees at all levels, and branch committees enforced disciplinary measures against 01 Party organization and 90 Party members (a decrease of 50% in organizations and 7.22% in members compared to the same period in 2023).

Inspections and supervisions by Party committees at all levels identified focal areas and subjects, conducted in accordance with Party regulations and procedures, ensuring objectives and requirements; disciplinary enforcement by Party committees at all levels followed principles, procedures, and regulations, with clear, objective conclusions on violations by Party organizations and members, handled strictly and objectively.

Mr. Ra Lan Von Ga - Secretary of the M'Drak District Party Committee, presented remarks during discussions at the conference.

Implementing duties according to Party regulations, Inspection Commissions at all levels proactively detected and conducted inspections upon signs of violations by 32 Party members (a decrease of 40.74% compared to the previous year); completed inspections of 29 out of 32 Party members, concluding that 29 members had violations, with disciplinary actions taken against 22 members, and 20 members disciplined; procedures were initiated for review and disciplinary enforcement against 2 members.

Inspection Commissions at all levels supervised 79 Party organizations and 198 Party members (an increase of 1.28% in organizations and 28.57% in members compared to the same period in 2023); completed supervision, concluding that Party organizations and members generally adhered well to the areas under supervision...

Alongside achievements, there are still limitations in the work of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party in recent times, such as some inconsistencies in conclusions from inspections and supervisions by Party committees, insufficient responsibility of related organizations and individuals; some district-level Inspection Commissions did not regularly inspect and supervise critical areas, which are prone to violations; some units did not effectively grasp local situations and sectors to detect and inspect Party organizations at lower levels and members upon signs of violations...

Mr. Le Van Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech at the conference.

In his speech at the conference, Mr. Le Van Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, proposed that in the coming time, Party committees, and Inspection Commissions at all levels continue to lead, direct, and organize the implementation of quality and effective inspection, supervision work; continue to achieve strong shifts in awareness, responsibilities, determination in both political ideology and actions, constantly innovate, and enhance the effectiveness of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party; strengthen regular supervision work, especially in critical sectors and areas of public concern such as land use, forest protection, basic construction investment, administrative reform...

In addition, Inspection Commissions at all levels will focus on implementing inspections and supervision according to established plans; conduct inspections of Party organizations at lower levels and Party members upon signs of violations; review conclusions, handle violations fairly, accurately, and promptly according to regulations for cases of violations; enhance the entire machinery of Inspection Commissions at all levels and emphasize training and development for officials engaged in inspection tasks...
