On October 20th, at the Dien Hong Hall, the Politburo of the Party Central Committee organized the national conference to thoroughly discuss and implement the Resolution of the 10th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee of the Party.

The conference was held in a combination of direct and online formats at the Dien Hong Point, the National Assembly House, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, connecting with 14,934 points nationwide, with over 1.2 million delegates participating.

Attending and directing the conference were comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; comrade Truong Tan Sang, former member of the Politburo, former President attending at the Long An provincial point; comrade Pham Minh Chinh, member of the Politburo, Prime Minister; comrade Tran Thanh Man, member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly; comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former member of the Politburo, former Chairwoman of the National Assembly; comrade Luong Cuong, member of the Politburo, Standing Member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat.

At the Dak Lak provincial point, there were comrade Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's affiliated boards; departments, localities in the province.

The conference was organized to enhance awareness and responsibility in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Plenum; focusing on the highest goals to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and prepare for the Party Congress at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Politburo, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, presented the topic: "Key contents, core issues, new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th Party Congress and the draft Report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on innovation work in the direction of socialism in Vietnam over the past 40 years".

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, member of the Politburo, Prime Minister, presented the topic: "Key contents, core issues, new points in the draft assessment report of 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; orientations, tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period 2026-2030 and the situation of the economy, state budget in 2024, the plan for 2025; the financial plan - state budget for the 3-year period 2025-2027; the policy on investing in high-speed railways on the North-South axis; the policy on establishing Hue city under the central government".

Comrade Le Minh Hung, member of the Politburo, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the topic: "Key contents, core issues, new points in the draft report summarizing the Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter in the term of the 13th Party Congress; some basic contents on amending the Party's election regulations; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Party Congress and building the personnel work orientation for the 14th Party Congress".

In his concluding statement at the conference, General Secretary, President To Lam emphasized the great achievements after nearly 80 years of establishment, with accumulated strength and opportunities, we have gathered enough conditions and are facing a historic opportunity to bring the country into a new era, an era of national development, prosperity, and successful realization of President Ho Chi Minh's aspirations and the aspirations of the entire nation, building a wealthy Vietnam, a strong country and an equitable, democratic,  civilized society, standing shoulder to shoulder with powerful countries in the world.

To achieve this goal, the 10th Central Conference has unified political determination, strategic breakthroughs, strategic directions, and solutions with new thinking and awareness. It has also unified the guidelines for many important tasks to accelerate and achieve the successful implementation of the resolutions of the 13th Party Congress and to prepare well for the party congresses at all levels leading to the 14th Party Congress.

Based on the unity of the Central Committee, the General Secretary and President emphasized the urgent need to bring the Party's resolutions to every party cell and member, to deeply integrate them into practical life. This requires the entire Party, people, and armed forces to form a united front in will and action, to work together with high determination, unity, and effort, taking systematic and accurate steps, making the most of favorable conditions, and mobilizing all available resources to successfully implement the strategic guidelines and directions agreed upon by the Party Central Committee. The conference also aimed to exchange and discuss, creating a high level of unity in understanding, as a prerequisite for unity in action throughout the political system towards the set goals.
