The Provincial Women's Union recently organized a training conference on professional skills for over 90 branch leaders of the Women's Union in Lak District.
At the conference, participants were provided with shared knowledge and skills on innovating the Union's activities at the grassroots level, identifying and prioritizing issues within organizations and communities, solutions to enhance gender equality and women's work in the current period, practical guidance for situations arising at the grassroots level, skills in applying information technology in communication and organizing Union activities, and creating propaganda clips on digital platforms for the Union’s work…

The purpose of the conference was to help the branch leaders improve their knowledge, experience, skills, and methods in organizing Union activities in villages and residential areas. The aim was to enhance their knowledge about the Union's activities in applying information technology, improve their professional skills, and accumulate basic knowledge and skills for Union work, contributing to building a stronger Union organization.
Additionally, the Provincial Women's Union conducted surveys, assessments, and mid-term evaluations of the implementation of the resolutions from the 17th Provincial Women's Congress on various initiatives such as the "Building New Era Women in Dak Lak Province" movement, the "Five Nos, Three Cleans Family" campaign, the "Changing Mindset and Approach in Economic Development for Ethnic Minority Women Households" campaign, the eight groups of targets under the resolution of the 17th Provincial Women's Congress, and the three key tasks for the Union's work. This involved vice chairwomen of the Women's Union in communes/towns, branch leaders, deputy branch leaders, and women members in Lak District.
