On the morning of January 22, 2025, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year - 2025, a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, led by Mr. Nguyen Thien Van, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and extended New Year greetings in Ea Sup District.  

Accompanying the delegation were leaders from the Provincial Military Command and the People's Committee of Buon Don District.

Deputy Chairman Nguyen Thien Van presented New Year gifts to the officers and soldiers of Company 2 (Military Command of Ea Sup District). 

The delegation visited and offered New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of Company 2 (Military Command of Ea Sup District) and the National Defense Economic Unit 737 (Military Region 5). During these visits, the delegation received reports from the commanders of Company 2 and the national defense economic unit 737 on the results of their political tasks in 2024; their readiness for combat operations, security during and after the Lunar New Year celebration; as well as their efforts in ensuring festive care for the officers and soldiers within the units.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van presents Tet gifts to the officers and soldiers of the National Defense Economic Unit 737. 

Acknowledging and commending the achievements of these units, Deputy Chairman Nguyen Thien Van expressed hopes that they would continue to strive, overcome difficulties, and unite to complete their duties in 2025 and the following years.

As part of the program, the delegation also visited and presented New Year gifts to Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Xuan in Ia R’ Ve Commune, Ea Sup District. Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Xuan, born in 1935, hails from Quoi Son Commune, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province. She lost her husband and son during the resistance against American imperialism.

Deputy Chairman Nguyen Thien Van inquired about the health of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Xuan and presented her with New Year gifts. 

On the occasion of the new year, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Deputy Chairman Nguyen Thien Van extended best wishes and New Year gifts to all officers and soldiers of Company 2 and the National Defense Economic Unit 737, as well as to the family of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Xuan.
