On August 9th, the Department of Information and Communication, in collaboration with VNPT Dak Lak and Zalo, initiated the activation of the trial version of the Zalo Mini App " Dak Lak Online."

Accordingly, the Zalo Mini App " Dak Lak Online" provides all Zalo users with easy access to information related to Dak Lak province. Some integrated features provided for the public include: reporting incidents on-site, live cameras, scheduling administrative procedures, publicly announcing the results of administrative information processing, national public services, and provincial public services; the Dak Lak provincial electronic information portal, promoting the Buôn Ma Thuột Coffee Festival, wildlife protection communication programs...

The leadership of the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC), Department of ICT - the unit responsible for development and activation, stated that the Zalo Mini App " Dak Lak Online" was created with the purpose of building a smart urban platform. The application serves as a necessary means to provide citizens with information related to violations in various areas of social life... enabling administrators/receivers to provide timely support and resolution in accordance with regulations. In the future, the unit will continue to provide communication advice to all Zalo users on how to use the app to enhance interaction with citizens, eliminating technological barriers for older individuals. Citizens do not need to perform download or account registration actions; they can simply access the Zalo app to access various utilities and online public services on the Dak Lak Mini App online.
