It is encouraged that functional agencies apply information technology to exchange, provide, and publicly disclose information on enterprises and business households through electronic networks that connect the information systems of management agencies. The Department of Planning and Investment is the focal point for providing and publicly disclosing information on the operational status of enterprises in the province. Quarterly, the department compares information on the National Enterprise Registration Information System with the information provided by the Tax Department regarding the operational status of enterprises, including cases of enterprises that have been inactive for more than one year or are not operating at the registered address without notifying the Tax Department or the business registration authority. Based on this, inspections and sanctions are carried out within the scope of authority.

The provincial inspectorate reviews and takes the lead in developing inspection plans for checking the compliance of enterprises with legal regulations. They also monitor and compile the approved inspection plans of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial People's Committee. The coordination in inspection work includes inspections, checks, and revocation of certificates of enterprise registration and business household registration, as well as the handling of violations of conditions in specific industries.

The district-level People's Committee acts as the focal point for providing and publicly disclosing information on business households, directing the implementation by the Financial and Planning Department, directing coordination and verification of information about enterprises within their jurisdiction by the district-level specialized agencies. They also identify and report on a list of enterprises that violate business operation regulations.
