Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) of Dak Lak Province said that the Center had completely installed the basic facilities. Services of reflecting the scene, monitoring online public services, monitoring and managing socio-economic activities, and CCTV for security and traffic management have been tested and successfully connected to the monitoring system with 27 screens since July 1st 2021. Therefore, these services are ready to be put into operation.

In particular, IOC has completed the installation of a CCTV system, wifi, electrical systems, network systems, sound systems, and fire prevention and fighting systems in the server room. In addition, a system of 27 screens has been completely installed in the monitoring room and a system of 9 screens has been completely installed in the operating room of IOC.

The service of monitoring Public Services (iGate) has been made available on both website and application platforms (Android, IOS) to monitor public services of all departments, agencies, and People's Committees of districts in the Province. Objects that have been closely monitored include online reception of documents, overdue documents, agencies with many overdue documents, and fields with many overdue documents. IOC of Dak Lak Province has sent reports on managing and processing data of overdue documents to the public administrative service center and 15 districts, towns and cities since June 23rd 2021. The Public Services Monitoring and Operating System has sent 99 requests including 14 requests processed by July 19th 2021.

With regard to the service of reflecting the scene, IOC of Dak Lak Province received 58 complaints from the people through the system from May 17th to July 19th 2021. In particular, Buon Ma Thuot City received 53 complaints and processed 18 complaints. Through the complaints of the people, the system will gradually form a network to better understand and serve the people.

The service of monitoring and managing socio-economic activities has been integrated with the Central Authentication System of the Province in order to monitor targets of the Province's monthly socio-economic development, groups of targets on investment capital, agricultural and industrial production, and retail activities, trading services, and tourism. Transportation of goods and passengers, security, social safety, and key socio-economic targets according to the annual resolutions of the People's Council have also been monitored by this service.

With regard to the CCTV system, IOC has successfully connected 109 cameras for Thong Nhat Ward’s police and 23 cameras for the Provincial police. In addition, functions of the AI for traffic have been put into operation for 03 cameras used by the Provincial police annd functions of the AI for security have been made available to 03 cameras used by Thong Nhat Ward’s police. Therefore, an effective coordination between agencies was established to ensure security, order, and traffic safety.

In addition, the system is able to analyze data on traffic volume and types of vehicles to automatically forecast and warn about traffic jams. With regard to recognizing and tracing traffic law breakers, the CCTV, where positions on the map have been digitalized, will automatically take pictures of vehicles and license plates and position the vehicles’ movement directions.
