The People's Committee of Krong Ana district recently organized a conference to summarize the administrative reform work in 2023.
In 2023, the work of administrative reform continued to be directed and implemented by the Party Committee, authorities of Krong Ana district, and concerned communes. Plans related to administrative reform of the district and communes were timely formulated and issued; specific tasks, products, timelines, and completion schedules were clearly defined. Propaganda work continued to be implemented through various appropriate forms.

The work of administrative procedure reform received attention and good direction, administrative procedures were fully listed and publicly disclosed in accordance with regulations, the reception rate on the iGate system reached 100%, the rate of administrative procedures resolved before the deadline was high; there were no reflections or recommendations regarding administrative procedures. Provisions on institutional reform, organizational reform, and public service reform were well implemented.
The work of digital transformation, enhancing state management in information technology was well implemented; the infrastructure of information technology in the district was gradually invested in, increasingly meeting the needs in leadership, direction, and administration of the district, the needs of handling work, the needs of people and businesses.
In 2024, the People's Committee of the district will continue to direct units and localities to focus on promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles, unify solutions, specific measures to effectively implement the tasks according to the plans set out; continue to innovate the propaganda work of administrative reform, focus on propagating Full online public services, postal and online payment services; strictly implement regulations on receiving suggestions, reflections of people on administrative procedures and the spirit, attitude of service of officials at the district's One-stop Division and commune level; continue to guide, promote, monitor, evaluate the implementation of One-stop shop, One-stop shop interconnection mechanism, online public services to ensure quality, efficiency; do well in surveying the satisfaction of organizations, people at the One-stop Shop Division of the district and on the district's electronic information portal to timely adjust, handle to improve satisfaction with the service of administrative agencies.
