On December 23, the People's Committee of Krong Pac District organized a training conference on integrating the iDesk system with the VNPT-iOffice system for businesses in the area.

Over 100 delegates from various district offices, departments, People's Committees of communes and towns, as well as organizations and businesses in Krong Pac District participated in the training.

Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac District, spoke at the training session.

The training program covered general guidance on digital transformation and the promotion of digital applications for organizations and businesses. It also provided instructions on using the VNPT-iOffice Document Management and Operation Software, connecting it with the iDesk Document Management and Operation System, and digitally signing and exchanging electronic documents with government agencies in the district.

Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac District, stated that the proposal to establish connectivity between the VNPT-iOffice system and the iDesk system for seamless interaction between government agencies and local organizations and businesses in Krong Pac District was approved by the provincial People's Committee on December 15, 2023.

Representative of VNPT Dak Lak spoke during the training session.

As a result, organizations and businesses can now send and receive documents to and from government agencies in Krong Pac District through the VNPT-iOffice system instead of traditional methods such as direct delivery or postal services.

In recent years, the People's Committee of Krong Pac District has focused on directing the development of e-government, digital economy, and digital society in the district. Compliance with legal regulations in the application of information technology by state agencies in the district has achieved significant results.

VNPT Dak Lak shared skills on connecting the iDesk system with the VNPT-iOffice system.

Each year, the district allocates budgets for the purchase of equipment and the implementation of information technology applications in various agencies and units. This has effectively supported the leadership, direction, and operation of the district, as well as the handling of tasks for residents, organizations, and businesses.

Following the guidance of the provincial People's Committee and the Department of Information and Communication of Dak Lak Province, the People's Committee of Krong Pac District has collaborated with VNPT Dak Lak to provide the VNPT-iOffice system to organizations and businesses in the district. This facilitates seamless document exchange, minimizing costs and time. The change is expected to reduce expenses and time associated with inter-agency document exchange for organizations and businesses, contributing to transparency, public disclosure, and accessibility to state management information for organizations and individuals. This initiative is a crucial step in advancing the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society in Krong Pac District.
