On June 4th, Regiment 584 (under the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command) organized an oath ceremony for new soldiers.

The ceremony was attended by Colonel Tran Minh Trong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with representatives from the local party committees, government authorities from districts, towns, and cities, as well as relevant agencies and units.

In 2024, Regiment 584 received and trained 432 new soldiers. After three months of training, the unit equipped the soldiers with basic knowledge in military, political, logistical, and technical aspects, laying the foundation for advanced training. The evaluations showed that all subjects achieved good and excellent results. In terms of discipline, the new soldiers demonstrated a high sense of self-awareness in strictly adhering to state laws, military regulations, and unit rules. They also maintained strong self-management, self-discipline, and fostered good relationships within the military collective, ensuring absolute safety during training and all unit activities.

In his speech at the oath ceremony, Colonel Tran Minh Trong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, urged the soldiers to continue actively learning and training to improve their class stance, political courage, professional and technical skills, tactical levels, psychology, and health. This preparation is essential to be ready to undertake and excel in all assigned tasks. He also emphasized the importance of regularly striving to comply with the regulations, ensuring safety during training, exercises, and duties, as well as during traffic participation, and building strong and exemplary agencies and units.

Certificates of Merit were awarded to collectives.

On this occasion, Regiment 584 awarded Certificates of Merit to five collectives for their achievements in competitions and to nine individuals for their outstanding performance in new soldier training.
