On January 19, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises organized the 16th Executive Committee Meeting to gather opinions, evaluate the implementation of tasks in 2023, and outline tasks for 2024, along with addressing other important matters.

In 2023, the Party Committee closely adhered to the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, focusing on leading and directing Party organizations at grassroots levels to proactively develop programs, plans, and efficiently implement the goals and tasks set by the Party Committee of the Bloc. The Party building work of the Party Committee of the Bloc achieved positive results on various fronts, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the province. Most enterprises fulfilled their obligations to the state promptly, ensuring the livelihoods and welfare of the labor force. Security and safety in agencies, units, and enterprises were maintained, and social and charitable activities received attention.

Regarding inspection and supervision work in 2023, party committees at all levels and inspection committees at two levels actively and effectively implemented inspection and supervision tasks in accordance with Article 30 and Article 32 of the Party's Charter. They provided advice, performed the assigned tasks of the Party Committees, and timely formulated and deployed documents and regulations related to inspection and supervision work. They also constructed and completed inspection and supervision programs and plans for 2023, guiding inspections in case of violation signals, resolving complaints and denunciations, and disciplining party members violating regulations within their jurisdiction.

For 2024, the Party Committee of the Bloc set targets, striving for over 90% of agencies and units to successfully complete their assigned tasks and targets; 100% of agencies and units to effectively implement administrative reform and organize their organizational structure according to regulations; over 85% of businesses engaged in profitable business activities, with business revenue and profits increasing by at least 4%; aiming to recruit over 200 new party members; ensuring over 90% of grassroots party organizations and party members fulfill their tasks.

In the concluding speech of the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises, Truong Cong Thai, emphasized that the central task in 2024 for the entire Party Committee is to strengthen the consolidation of building grassroots party organizations and improve the quality of the party member team. It is essential to continue innovating leadership methods and the Party's authority over the political system in the new phase, closely linking with the effective implementation of learning and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

The Party Committee will adhere strictly, concretize, and issue plans, directing the effective implementation of directives and resolutions of the Party, especially those related to leadership and direction of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, following the instructions of the Politburo, and the guidance of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The spirit of unity and responsibility of leading cadres and party members will be harnessed to successfully complete the comprehensive political tasks set for 2024, creating an important momentum for the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress.
