Units placed emphasis on building cultural life, especially in workplaces, enterprises, traffic culture, cyber culture, school culture, and "The Civilized - Friendly - Hospitable People of Dak Lak" behavior code to raise awareness of the local population on the importance of civilized living in weddings, funerals, and festivals, gradually eliminating outdated customs, while promoting traditional cultural values, customs, habits, and beautiful rituals of the locality.

Mr. Le Phuc Long- Vice Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism
The district and town steering committees regularly consolidate and complete their organization regulations, while developing content, programs, and plans to organize activities of the movement. They also provide guidance to village and commune steering committees in organizing effective activities associated with campaigns and competitions in evaluating and recognizing the titles "Cultural Family," "Cultural Residential Area," and "Institution, Unit, Enterprise Meeting Cultural Standards." Overall, there have been significant improvements in the workplace culture of state agencies, with increased administrative reform, and better service for the people. Many cultural values have been preserved and promoted; festival management and organization have gradually followed proper procedures; wedding and funeral practices have undergone positive changes, and exemplary role models have been spread and multiplied. This contributes to raising people's awareness of the purpose and significance of the movement in building and developing the country.

The meeting evaluated that some party committees and local authorities have not been resolute in directing the movement's activities; coordination among departments, sectors, unions, and localities has been inconsistent; propaganda and implementation of the movement in some localities have been irregular and not continuous, resulting in uneven development of the movement and lack of depth. Many officials and public servants assigned to the movement at the grassroots level are still insufficient, and mainly working in dual positions, frequently changing job positions. Some state regulations in the field of the movement still have many shortcomings, causing difficulties for grassroots implementation.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. H’Yim Kdoh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - requested departments and sectors to continue to strengthen awareness raising about the central directions in implementing the movement, along with other campaigns and competitions, to bring about strong changes in the quality and effectiveness of the movement at the grassroots level, contributing to improving the spiritual cultural life of the people and building a healthy cultural environment, creating resources to promote local economic and social development, building a healthy cultural environment and create resources to drive local economic and social development.
