According to the Dak Lak Transport Company, they will discontinue Route No. 13, which runs from Buon Ma Thuot City to Krong No District (Dak Nong Province) covering 50 km. The starting point is the Dak Lak inter-provincial bus station, and the destination is the intersection of Dak Ro commune in Krong No District (Dak Nong Province) and vice versa. They will also cease Route No. 12, which goes from Buon Ma Thuot City to Lak District, spanning a distance of 54 km. The origin is Tay Nguyen University, and the final point is the intersection of Dak Lieng commune in Lak District, and vice versa.

Two fixed-passenger bus routes to cease operation.

This decision to discontinue these two routes is due to the challenges the bus passenger transport faced following the COVID-19 pandemic, low passenger volume, and financial losses. Dak Lak Automobile Transport Company operates around 92 buses that serve fixed routes connecting Buon Ma Thuot City to various districts in the province such as Krong Bong, Lak, Krong Ana, and also provides service from Buon Ma Thuot City to Gia Nghia City and Krong No District in Dak Nong Province.
